Senior Frontend Developer with Angular expertise needed for a growing fintech project. Fully remote, full-time position with a salary range of 200,000 to 250,000 RUB. Focus on architecture and technical decision-making.

We are a rapidly growing fintech project developing a platform for automating business interactions with freelance contractors. The product is already operational with real clients and is scaling in a startup mode: fast, without excessive bureaucracy, and with a focus on results. We are looking for a strong Senior Frontend Developer to strengthen our team. We value an architectural approach and readiness to take responsibility for technical decisions. Our stack: Angular 20, TypeScript, NgRx, RxJS, Tailwind CSS, Nx monorepo, Docker, Kubernetes. Responsibilities: - Development and evolution of the frontend part of the platform (B2B fintech product). - Designing interface architecture and working with Nx monorepo. - Optimizing performance and ensuring application stability. - Participating in technical decision-making with a small but effective team. - Setting and controlling code quality within the startup cycle.

Experience in commercial frontend development for at least 4 years. Proficient in RxJS and NgRx: Ability to build complex reactive streams and manage state. Experience with Nx monorepo and understanding how to scale frontend. Confident use of Tailwind CSS. Readiness to work in a startup environment, propose improvements, and bring tasks to release. Nice to have: - Expertise in Angular: Understanding the framework's internal workings, experience with current versions. - Experience in Fintech.
