The company values not only classic CFO background but also the ability to deeply engage in operational work: at the first stage, you will have to do a lot yourself, including building models, processes, and reporting by hand. One of the key tasks is to create and structure the financial function: build processes, areas of responsibility, financial planning, control, regular financial procedures, and establish interaction with business and products.

Strong experience in insurance or a related financial business. Ability to deeply engage in operational work, including hands-on building of models, processes, and reporting. Classic CFO background is valued but not sufficient alone.
