Agvend is a B2B SaaS platform for North America. 8 years on the market, ~150 employees, ~100 in R&D. Fully remote (~50 in the US, ~100 in Europe); offices in Canada/US/Cyprus are available for those who want them. Stack: AWS (EKS, RDS, ALB, S3, CloudWatch, Route53), Terraform, Kubernetes (12 EKS clusters), Helm, Docker/ECR, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Prometheus/Grafana, Vault, CircleCI, Python for automation. Responsibilities: - Manage and evolve Kubernetes infrastructure: 12 EKS clusters, ~150 tenants - Terraform — IaC for all infrastructure: VPC, EKS, RDS, IAM, ALB, policies - Monitoring and incident response: Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, Sentry; incident investigation, postmortems - Work with databases at infrastructure level: PostgreSQL RDS (replication, Performance Insights, WAL, backup), ClickHouse - CI/CD: deployment pipelines, Helm charts - Security: audit, secret rotation, network policies, IAM - Automate routine tasks: scripts, CronJobs, monitoring automation with AI tooling Team: DevOps team of 4. Work closely with development, see everything from code to hardware. No split into 'only Terraform' or 'only monitoring' — everyone does everything. Direct communication with PM and engineering, no layers.

Senior, 5+ years in DevOps/SRE/Platform Engineering - AWS: EKS, RDS, IAM, VPC, ALB — able to design and set up from scratch - Kubernetes in production: deployment, troubleshooting, node management, RBAC, ingress, HPA - Terraform: modules, state management, multi-environment - Monitoring: Prometheus + Grafana, PromQL, dashboards and alerts - Linux, networking, troubleshooting: confident diagnostics at OS and network level - Self-sufficiency: work without micromanagement, ability to prioritize - Russian is the main working language, English is working level (documentation, communication with the US team) Nice to have: - PostgreSQL at DBA level: replication, tuning - ClickHouse: administration, Keeper, replication - Python for automation (scripts, tooling) - Experience automating with LLM/AI agents
