Senior DevOps

Senior DevOps at an international IT company. Salary: 200,000–380,000 RUB. Remote/hybrid. Work with production Kubernetes, GitOps/FluxCD, Terraform, GitLab CI/CD, observability, DevSecOps/FinOps.

International IT company developing software, building web services, and implementing analytics. Responsibilities: - Maintain and develop production Kubernetes clusters (40+ services, 20+ developers). - Design infrastructure solutions for load growth and fault tolerance. - Make decisions on infrastructure and platform services development. - Develop GitOps approach via FluxCD: release, environment, policy management. - Write and maintain Terraform modules for cloud infrastructure. - Build and improve CI/CD pipelines in GitLab CI with development teams. - Ensure observability: metrics (Prometheus/Grafana), logs (ELK), alerts. - Implement DevSecOps/FinOps practices. - Review colleagues' infrastructure code. - Be responsible for infrastructure health and uptime.

What we expect: - Strong Linux knowledge. - Understanding of Docker and containerization. - Experience setting up CI/CD. - Experience with Kubernetes. - Experience with GitOps tools (FluxCD, ArgoCD). - Database administration experience. Will be a plus: - Development experience in Go or Java. - Ability to work with Terraform for infrastructure management. - Experience implementing Vault or similar secrets management systems. - Experience with clustered ClickHouse. - Experience supporting a Kafka cluster. - SRE experience. - Built SLO/SLA for services. - Experience with high-load projects. - Active use of AI technologies.
