Senior DevOps with transition to Team Lead

Senior DevOps with transition to Team Lead at Nevatech (fintech product). Hybrid in Saint Petersburg, full-time, salary 300,000–400,000 RUB net per month. Focus on infrastructure, Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability.

Main tasks: Infrastructure and Architecture: design, scaling and automation of environments (Prod/Stage/Test) via IaC (Terraform, Ansible). Containerization: development and support of Kubernetes and Docker clusters. CI/CD: development of GitLab CI/CD pipelines to accelerate code delivery. Observability: development of monitoring, logs and alerting (Grafana, Loki, Sentry). Incidents: investigation of production failures, root cause analysis, improving fault tolerance. Processes: implementation of DevOps standards, infrastructure review, assistance to developers. Tech stack: Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD, Terraform, Ansible, Grafana, Loki, Sentry.

Experience: 4+ years in DevOps/SRE, experience as Team lead. Core: solid Linux + Docker + Kubernetes. Automation: practical experience with GitLab CI, Terraform and Ansible. Monitoring: experience with Grafana + Loki + Sentry. Skills: ability to investigate incidents and build fault-tolerant architecture. Nice to have: Experience in Highload/Fintech projects. Knowledge of SRE practices (SLI/SLO, error budget). Knowledge of Python, Go or Bash.
