Senior DevOps

Centicore is looking for a Senior DevOps. Remote in Russia. Salary: 300,000–400,000 net. Employment via labor contract. Long-term product development project.

Centicore is a product development company delivering turnkey projects for its clients. The company is looking for a Senior DevOps for a long-term project.

• 4–5+ years in DevOps, operating high-load distributed IT systems. • Excellent Kubernetes knowledge. Hands-on experience setting up network fabrics and Service Mesh (e.g., Istio, Linkerd). • Data collection infrastructure: experience deploying, optimizing, and scaling open-source Observability components: collectors and CDC: Vector, Debezium, OpenTelemetry Collector; brokers: Apache Kafka (cluster setup, partition tuning, quota management, fault tolerance). • Storage infrastructure: administration, horizontal scaling, and backup skills for databases (both relational and analytical/time-series): VictoriaMetrics, ClickHouse, Elasticsearch. • Automation and CI/CD: confident with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / OpenTofu, Ansible). Experience building CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, ArgoCD). • Scripting and automation: confident Bash/Shell. Good automation skills in Python or Go.
