Senior DevOps Engineer role in Poland, remote full-time. Focus on cloud-native solutions with AWS, Kubernetes, Scala/Python. Responsibilities include infrastructure automation, CI/CD, and backend development. Requires 5+ years of experience.

Engineering and analytical team developing and scaling cloud-native solutions for financial analytics platforms. You will work with modern tools for: • infrastructure automation • scalable deployments • big data processing Environment with high autonomy and focus on engineering quality (AWS, Kubernetes, Scala/Python). Tasks: DevOps & Cloud (≈80%) • Design and support AWS infrastructure • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) • Kubernetes management (EKS) • CI/CD, monitoring, and alerting setup and optimization • Work with databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Kafka • Ensure security, fault tolerance, and cost optimization Development (≈20%) • Backend development (Scala, Python) • Create APIs, microservices, and data pipelines • Integration with CI/CD • Interaction with product and analytical teams

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps • Strong expertise: AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes (EKS) • Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Kafka • CI/CD (preferably GitHub Actions) • Docker, Linux, infrastructure automation • Understanding of monitoring and logging Development skills: • IMPORTANT: Experience in developing and debugging JVM applications (preferably Scala) and Python • REST API, microservice architecture, data-intensive systems Soft skills: • Analytical thinking and problem-solving • Desire to learn new technologies • Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Comfortable working in an Agile and dynamic environment
