Senior DevOps Engineer

Senior DevOps Engineer for algorithmic trading company. Full-time, hybrid in Moscow, $3000-8000/month plus bonuses. Experience with Linux, AWS, Terraform, CI/CD, monitoring stacks required.

We are engaged in algorithmic trading, where every millisecond matters. If production slows down or fails, it's immediately visible in PnL. Therefore, DevOps here is not "support on call" but one of the key roles. Responsibilities: - Build build and deployment pipelines; - Maintain production on AWS and own hardware; - Set up monitoring that detects problems before traders; - Find where latency is lost and eliminate it; - Investigate incidents to the root cause, not just "restarted and it works". AI is a working tool: we use it to write configs, analyze logs, and automate routine tasks. The team is small, decisions are made quickly, and there are no regulations for every case. We are looking for someone who doesn't wait for a technical spec but comes with their own solution and takes it to production.

Experience: 6+ years. Stack: Linux, Python, AWS, Terraform, Ansible, GitLab CI/CD, Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics, Grafana, Loki, ELK, ClickHouse. Nice to have: experience with low-latency systems and Linux tuning.

Salary: $3000-8000 plus bonuses. Employment: full-time. Location: Moscow, hybrid (remote is not considered).
