Senior DevOps

Senior DevOps, remote, Russia/Belarus, 5+ years experience, salary 350,000-380,000 RUB gross, full-time/project.

Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain fault-tolerant IT infrastructure for production environments. • Design, implement and support CI/CD processes for development teams. • Automate deployment, configuration and maintenance of infrastructure services. • Ensure stability, scalability, performance and security of infrastructure. • Administer Kubernetes clusters, including networking, fault tolerance and observability. • Configure and maintain monitoring, logging and alerting for applications and infrastructure. • Participate in incident investigation, root cause analysis and bottleneck elimination. • Interact with development, architecture and operations teams on infrastructure, reliability and delivery processes.

Requirements: • Commercial experience as DevOps / SRE / Infrastructure Engineer for 5+ years. • Strong Linux knowledge at system engineer level: processes, memory, file systems, systemd, networking, diagnostic and debugging tools. • Practical experience with containerized environments: Docker, understanding of namespaces, cgroups, container networking. • Solid experience with Kubernetes in production: understanding of cluster architecture and component interaction; experience configuring and maintaining ingress, service discovery, secrets/configs, resource management; practical experience with CNI plugins, preferably Calico and/or Cilium. • Experience automating infrastructure with Ansible, including writing custom roles and playbooks. • Experience working with terraform/terragrunt, ability to develop modules. • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins and/or GitLab CI. • Practical experience configuring and operating monitoring, logging and alerting systems: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, Loki Stack. • Good understanding of TCP/IP network stack, routing, load balancing, DNS, TLS, reverse proxy. • Experience with relational and non-relational databases at infrastructure operation level. • Desirable experience with at least a few of: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, ClickHouse, Tarantool, Cassandra. • Experience with messaging systems: Kafka, RabbitMQ or similar enterprise solutions. • Understanding of fault tolerance, redundancy, observability, capacity planning and best practices for production environments. Experience with IaC approach. • Experience administering high-load and distributed systems. Nice to have: • Experience in architectural decisions for infrastructure development. • Relevant certifications in Kubernetes, Linux, Cloud, DevOps tools.

Salary: 350,000 - 380,000 RUB gross. Work format: remote. Employment: full-time/project.
