Senior DevOps

Senior DevOps at Nevatech, a product fintech company. Salary 300,000–400,000 RUB net/month. Hybrid in Saint Petersburg, full-time. Focus: Kubernetes, Terraform, GitLab CI/CD, observability.

Nevatech is a product fintech company. Infrastructure and Architecture: design, scale and automate environments (Prod/Stage/Test) via IaC (Terraform, Ansible). Containerization: evolve and support Kubernetes and Docker clusters. CI/CD: evolve GitLab CI/CD pipelines to accelerate code delivery. Observability: develop monitoring, logs and alerting (Grafana, Loki, Sentry). Incidents: investigate production failures, root-cause analysis, improve fault tolerance. Processes: implement DevOps standards, infrastructure review, and help developers.

Experience: 4+ years in DevOps/SRE. Foundation: strong Linux + Docker + Kubernetes. Automation: practical experience with GitLab CI, Terraform and Ansible. Monitoring: experience with Grafana + Loki + Sentry. Skills: ability to investigate incidents and build fault-tolerant architecture. Will be a plus: Experience in Highload / Fintech projects. Knowledge of SRE practices (SLI/SLO, error budget). Knowledge of Python, Go or Bash. Experience in mentoring or tech leadership.
