We are an international gaming company creating the cross-platform 4X strategy Total Battle, with millions of active daily players and a long lifecycle. We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist for the marketing team who will turn player behavior into insights. Responsibilities: - Develop Data Science in marketing. - Build and improve predictive models of payment probability. - Explore and process large volumes of game events, finding patterns useful for forecasts. - Work with marketing to ensure models improve traffic purchasing decisions. - Effectively manage large datasets to ensure accurate and timely conclusions.

Expected: - 4+ years in Data Science. - Strong Python: scikit-learn, pandas, numpy, XGBoost, LightGBM, TensorFlow, PyTorch. - Ability to explain complex analytics clearly to stakeholders at any level. - English B1 and above. - Practical experience in developing and implementing predictive user behavior models into production. - Experience with large volumes of data, deep attention to details, and finding non-obvious patterns. - Interest in game development and desire to grow in the gaming industry. - Willingness to relocate to Limassol.
