Senior Data Analyst

Avito is seeking a Senior Data Analyst for the 'Avito Podrabotki' team. The role focuses on developing dispatch mechanisms, improving search algorithms, and evaluating model quality using data and experiments.

The Matching team helps performers find suitable shifts and customers quickly fulfill their staffing needs. They develop search, ranking, recommendations, and dispatch mechanics for selecting and communicating with performers. In this role, you can directly influence the development of Avito Podrabotki through data insights, experiments, and algorithm development. Future tasks include: designing and developing a dispatch mechanism from scratch in collaboration with DS and product teams, evaluating algorithm and communication channel effectiveness, building a roadmap; improving search algorithms (ranking, filtering, candidate generation) with product and DS teams; assessing model quality and potential through offline testing; researching and developing personalization, segment ranking, recommendations, and shift selections for different performer groups.
