Senior Data Analyst

ITQuick seeks a Senior Data Analyst in Armenia for a Customer Intelligence & Personalization Platform. Build a data layer between core banking raw data and marts. Hybrid, full-time, 300-400k RUB.

We are building a Customer Intelligence & Personalization Platform for an ecosystem of businesses in Armenia. At its core is the Golden Record: a unified customer profile combining bank data, ecosystem product data, and external sources. On top of it, Customer 360, segmentation, scoring, and personalized offers are built. The role involves designing the layer between raw data of the core banking system and the platform's data marts. The source is poorly documented: some values are encoded, part of business logic is implemented in code and stored procedures, and two externally identical records may be assembled by different algorithms from different tables. We need someone to parse this source and turn it into a meaningful data model: what comes from where, what influences what, what each field means. Responsibilities: ● Explore the core banking system, legacy and external sources, restore their semantics. ● Go from the target mart to the source: determine which tables and logic assemble each attribute. ● Distinguish cases where identical-looking data is obtained via different paths and document selection rules. ● Describe the data model and metadata: entities, relationships, grain, keys, historicity. ● Form requirements for data marts for segmentation, scoring, and recommendations. ● Write SQL research and transformation prototypes, test hypotheses on data. ● Clarify data meaning directly with bank employees — a constant part of the work.

● Strong SQL: window functions, complex join chains, quality and distribution analysis. ● Experience reverse-engineering poorly documented sources. ● Understanding of data modelling: entities, grain, keys, historicity, master entities. ● Experience with banking or fintech data (Core banking (especially ArmSoft) / legacy banking systems, Customer 360) or experience parsing raw banking data on customers and products from poorly documented systems for marketing and financial analytics. ● Python at the level of data research. ● Ability to independently bring the task 'here is raw data, here is target mart' to result. ● Proactivity: willingness to clarify data meaning with people rather than wait for documentation. ● Git, Linux, experience in closed Dev/UAT environments. Nice to have: · Knowledge of Armenian · Matching and deduplication methodologies · Experience with Data Vault 2.0 · Experience with DBT or similar · PII, masking, RBAC · Experience in regulated on-premise environment · Expertise in ML, ML Ops

Interaction via sole proprietorship (ИП) Location - Armenia Work format - hybrid, readiness to work from the bank office up to 3 times a week. Salary: 300-400 thousand RUB.
