Senior Corporate Legal Counsel / Corporate Lawyer (iGaming)

Senior Corporate Legal Counsel / Corporate Lawyer in Limassol, Cyprus. Full-time office role covering corporate, immigration, and operational law for an iGaming company. Competitive salary discussed individually.

Location: Cyprus, Limassol (office work) Schedule: Flexible Responsibilities: - Corporate governance (full cycle): company registration, administration, liquidation; holding meetings, maintaining registers, preparing corporate dossiers and participating in audits. - Interaction with regulators: representing the company before Cyprus government authorities (Registrar of Companies, Tax Authority, Migration Department, etc.). - Immigration support: full cycle of employee relocation to Cyprus (Pink Slip, BCS, Digital Nomad, family reunification); quota and compliance control. - Contract work: drafting and reviewing operational, payment, licensing, employment contracts and NDAs. - Office infrastructure management: legal support for office leases, negotiations with landlords, contractors and utility services. - Banking and KYC/AML: supporting compliance procedures, working with banks, payment systems and service platforms. - Management requests: timely resolution of legal and organizational tasks.

- Higher legal education (corporate/international law). - 5+ years of experience in international IT, marketing or iGaming companies. - Excellent knowledge of Cyprus corporate, immigration and tax law. - English — Upper-Intermediate+ (fluent working level), Russian — fluent. Greek will be a big plus. - Multitasking, structured approach, autonomy in decision-making and attention to detail.
