Senior Copywriter

Senior Copywriter at a creative agency in Almaty. Salary: 700,000–800,000 KZT net per month. Middle+/Senior, Russian proficiency required; Kazakh is a plus. Hybrid schedule, official employment under Labor Code of RK.

Tasks: • Generate creative frameworks, strong ideas, and concepts for key brands and projects. • Write vivid, precise, and effective texts in any format (manifestos, scripts, slogans, special projects, SMM, longreads). • Work closely with designers and art directors at all stages — from idea to implementation. • Present and defend solutions within the team and to clients.

• Curious creator: curiosity is the main driver; genuine desire to try new things, dig deeper, and find non-standard solutions for business tasks. • Middle+ / Senior specialist: able to generate strong concepts, write freely in different formats, and refine details to perfection. • Master of words: primary working language is Russian (perfect proficiency). Fluent Kazakh will be a huge plus, as it allows writing texts without translators. English is an additional advantage. • Team player: will work with designers, art directors, and 20+ talented colleagues within the creative unit.

• Income: 700,000 – 800,000 KZT net. • Annual bonus: year-end bonus provided. • Official employment: under the Labor Code of RK from day 1 (probation period — 3 months), all deductions and social package. • Office, schedule: Mon–Fri, 10:00 – 19:00.
