Senior Controlling Specialist | Serbia, Belgrade. Finance team role supporting financial performance, growth, strategic decisions. Responsibilities: budgeting, forecasting, planning, management reporting, variance/profitability/cost analysis, models, KPIs, dashboards.

Responsibilities: • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning • Prepare management reports and analyze financial performance • Conduct variance, profitability, and cost analysis • Develop financial models, KPIs, and dashboards • Provide financial insights and recommendations to management • Improve controlling processes and reporting automation • Support month-end and year-end closing • Collaborate with Accounting, Operations, Sales, and other teams

3+ years of experience in Controlling, FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Financial Analysis Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field Strong budgeting, forecasting, and reporting skills Advanced Excel knowledge Power BI or other BI tools is an advantage Strong analytical and communication skills Fluent English and Serbian are mandatory
