Senior Consultant role in the Transaction Support Group at B1, Department of Consulting, Technologies, and Transactions. Responsibilities include project portfolio management, financial Due Diligence, business valuation, and financial modeling.

Responsibilities in the role: - Managing a portfolio of projects (2 to 5 simultaneously) and project teams of up to 7-10 people; - Conducting financial Due Diligence (analysis of accounting and management reporting, assessment of financial indicators, identification of discrepancies, potential risks and opportunities); - Business model analysis (assessment of business model efficiency, identification of financial weaknesses and proposing recommendations for their improvement); - Business valuation (determining the market, investment, and other value of assets using various valuation approaches); - Development and modernization of financial models of varying complexity to forecast future revenues, expenses, and determine business value; - Market analysis as a separate product (industry and market research for various purposes: IPO, risk analysis for entering a specific market, etc.); - Preparation of final detailed financial reports and recommendations for clients.
