Senior Communication Designer

ООО «Какие люди» is seeking a Senior Communication Designer in Moscow to lead design projects from concept to production, including visuals, activations, navigation, and branded materials.

Lead design projects within the direction agreed with the art director: from visual concept to presentation and layouts for implementation. Develop key visuals, activation graphics, navigation, space design, and branded materials. Prepare visual presentations for tender ideas and pitches. Maintain a consistent style, quality, and order in files. Proactively identify risks related to deadlines and resources.

At least 4 years of experience in graphic or communication design. Level of autonomy and task complexity assessed by portfolio. Experience in agency work or comparable pace with multiple projects and iterations. 2–3 projects in portfolio with clear task, personal contribution, system of materials, and final result. Experience in BTL, events, exhibitions, special projects, or advertising campaigns with physical materials is desirable. Mandatory experience in transferring layouts to production.
