Senior Communication Designer

Senior Communication Designer at 'Kakie Lyudi' LLC. Office in Moscow. Design projects from concept to production, create visuals, navigation, branded materials, and presentations.

Independently manage design projects within the direction agreed with the art director: from visual concept to presentation and production layouts. Develop key visuals, activation graphics, navigation, space design, and branded materials. Create visual presentations for tender ideas and presentations. Maintain a consistent style, quality, and order in files. Flag risks regarding deadlines and resources in advance.

At least 4 years of experience in graphic or communication design. Level of independence and task complexity assessed by portfolio. Experience in agency work or comparable pace with multiple projects and iterations. 2-3 projects in portfolio with clear task, personal contribution, system of materials, and final result. Preferably experience in BTL, events, exhibitions, special projects, or advertising campaigns with physical materials. Mandatory experience in handing off layouts for production.
