Senior Communication Designer

ООО «Какие люди» is looking for a Senior Communication Designer in Moscow. The role involves leading design projects from concept to production, creating key visuals, and supporting brand consistency.

Lead design projects within the direction agreed with the art director: from visual concept to presentation and layouts for production. Develop key visuals, activation graphics, navigation, space design, and branded media. Prepare visual presentation of tender ideas and presentations. Maintain consistent style, quality, and order in files. Proactively identify risks regarding deadlines and resources.

At least 4 years of experience in graphic or communication design. Level of independence and complexity of tasks assessed by portfolio. Experience in agency work or comparable pace with multiple projects and iterations. 2–3 projects in portfolio with clear task, personal contribution, system of media, and final result. Experience in BTL, events, exhibitions, special projects, or advertising campaigns with physical media is desirable. Mandatory experience in transferring layouts to production.
