Job Details

Senior C / Linux Kernel Developer for Security Systems. Remote role for Russia and Belarus citizens. Salary up to 300,000 RUB net. Long-term project involving Linux Kernel Modules, POSIX API, VFS, and security features.

Develop a Linux kernel module for access control to files and processes. Adapt the architecture: rewrite system calls and APIs, removing Windows dependencies. Implement security and access control logic at the VFS (Virtual File System) level. Optimize code to minimize system overhead. Debug complex bugs using GDB, strace, and perf. Collaborate with the Java development team for client module integration.

Deep knowledge of C system programming under Linux. Experience writing Kernel Modules (file/process management). Understanding of IPC mechanisms, working with mmap, file descriptors, and system hooks. Experience in corporate security projects (DLP, antiviruses, access control systems). Performance profiling and optimization skills. Important: Candidates with experience only in network equipment (embedded/network devices) are not considered. A focus on OS and user systems is required.

Location and citizenship: RF and RB (Remote). Rate: up to 300,000 RUB net.
