Senior Business System Analyst at Acumatica, a cloud ERP product company. Focus on gathering requirements, translating business needs, and coordinating teams for a Platform Analytics role. Remote from Serbia.

Acumatica is a US based cloud ERP product company and a leading provider of business management software. We help small and mid size businesses grow with a modern platform designed for real world needs. We are expanding our Platform Analytics team in Belgrade and looking for a Senior Business System Analyst. What you will do: • Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements • Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications • Create mockups and wireframes using Figma or similar tools • Model and optimize business processes using user stories, use cases, and UML diagrams • Collaborate with developers, QA, product managers, and stakeholders • Coordinate multiple teams and ensure delivery from idea to production • Monitor progress, identify blockers, and drive resolution • Facilitate decision making and align stakeholders on priorities • Perform acceptance testing and create test cases • Participate in release cycles, including support analysis, bug verification, and release notes • Review system documentation

What we are looking for: • 5+ years of experience as a Business or System Analyst in IT • Strong experience with specifications, user stories, and use cases • Hands on experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools • Experience creating wireframes in Figma • Knowledge of databases and SQL • Experience with system integrations such as REST or SOAP APIs • Familiarity with BI or analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau • Experience coordinating cross team work and delivering projects on time • Strong communication skills and ability to connect business and technical teams • Experience working in large scale or international projects • Professional level of English, Russian is a plus
