4+ years Business Analyst experience Fintech / payments / SaaS background Strong analytical & structured thinking Experience in Agile cross-functional teams Ability to document complex processes clearly Familiar with Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma Nice to have: Payment gateways / orchestration experience Understanding of transaction flows, cards, APMs
