We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with experience in fintech/crypto projects and strong data expertise to participate in a long-term client outstaff project. Responsibilities: • Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements • Analyzing product vision, users, and the competitive landscape • Transforming requirements into user stories, use cases, and structured product logic • Describing business processes and data flows (as-is / to-be) • Defining task scope and supporting the development team through clear specifications • Supporting and updating documentation (BRD/SRS) • Interacting with stakeholders, conducting workshops • Supporting the development team during implementation and clarifying requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development • Experience in fintech / crypto / trading / analytical platforms • Understanding of the crypto domain: wallets, transactions, tokens, DeFi, trading processes • Experience with data-heavy products (dashboards, analytics, reporting) • Solid knowledge of business analysis and requirements management (Agile) • Experience writing user stories, use cases, functional specifications • Ability to create structured documentation (SRS / BRD) • Understanding of system architecture (web, API, data flows) • Experience with UML, BPMN • Ability to structure complex business logic and data • Experience communicating with stakeholders Nice to have: • Understanding of crypto metrics (TVL, volume, liquidity, PnL, etc.) • Experience with real-time / streaming data
