Senior Brand Designer

ONY is looking for a senior brand designer to join the branding team. Work on projects for Yandex, Golden Apple, T-Bank, MegaFon, HeadHunter, Tretyakov Gallery. Remote or office in Nizhny Novgorod. Contact: @*****

We do strategy, branding, and digital solutions for industry leaders. The team has 110 specialists. On average, each designer does 7 branding or 5 digital projects per year. We have 220+ international and local awards. Responsibilities: — Create design systems for various clients, including commercial projects for large companies and creative collaborations with art institutions. — Engage in projects at any stage: independent concepting, developing ideas and concepts of the team, creating detailed guidelines and specific deliverables. — Create modern tool-rich concepts: font and typography, photo style, brand illustration, iconography, motion behavior of the brand, and 3D. — Manage your time effectively; we don't micromanage and don't force office work. — Discuss your decisions within the team and defend concepts before the client. — Grow skills in a team of passionate professionals.

— Strong brand designer capable of leading an independent concept or developing someone else's. — Understands the importance of brand development in motion and can propose solutions that work in the modern digital space. — Top knowledge of Adobe package (.ai .ps .aep .indd); Cinema 4D is a significant plus. — Experience in font design (Glyphs, Robofont), web (Figma, Readymag), photo and/or video production will be a plus. — Craft is more important than soft skills: we look at portfolio and Instagram, not resume.
