Combo Tech is looking for a Senior Backend Developer to drive architectural improvements and quality in their backend systems. The role involves developing new features, refactoring critical parts of the system, and optimizing performance. Offers a remote format with a salary around 4000 USDT.

Responsibilities: - Development of new features (50-75% of the time). - Comprehensive refactoring of critical system parts (not cosmetic). - Improving the stability of business logic and handling edge cases. - Improving the monolith architecture. - Initiating structural changes (in agreement with CTO/Lead). - Implementing and developing the testing strategy. - Participation in architectural decisions. - Optimizing performance and database operations.

What is important to us: - Backend experience (from 4-5 years) - Confident understanding of application architecture - Experience refactoring large legacy systems - Understanding of SOLID and clean architecture - Ability to structure code without formal DDD - Experience writing tests (unit/integration) - Desire to implement TDD (as a development practice) - Ability to justify technical decisions - Independence and initiative Will be a plus: - DDD-lite experience - Experience with high-load systems - Understanding of fault tolerance and database operations under load - Experience with ClickHouse - Experience transforming engineering culture within a team
