Senior AQA Engineer (AI)

Senior AQA Engineer (AI) at a Russian technology company. Salary negotiable, social package. Hybrid format with offices in Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod, and Minsk. Team develops innovative AI solutions; automation QA on Python.

The team is developing innovative AI solutions for the company. The specialist will be responsible for product quality at all stages — from project start to production. Responsibilities: - Participate in the development of new innovative AI solutions from start to production. - Be responsible for product quality, applying the necessary skills for the relevant stages. - Automate testing from the first stages of the project; maintain and support automated testing cycles and test scripts. - Develop testing strategies and plans based on product requirements; prepare test reports. - Support developers in product debugging, file defects in the bug-tracking system (Jira), and validate fixed defects. - Interact with the infrastructure team and participate in infrastructure and resource planning.

Stack: Python, Pytest, Jenkins, RESTful API/gRPC, Selenium/Playwright. Required: - 3+ years of industrial test automation experience with Python/Pytest. - Strong Python knowledge above average. - Experience integrating automated tests into CI (Jenkins or any other CI server). - Experience in automated API testing (RESTful API, gRPC) with Python. - Experience in manual and automated testing of web applications (Selenium, Playwright). - Knowledge of testing theory and ability to apply it in practice. - Understanding of principles of building sustainable automated tests. - Knowledge of automation patterns (PageObject, PageFragment, PageElement, ValueObject) and ability to apply them. - Knowledge of main design patterns (Singleton, Factory, Decorator, etc.) and ability to apply them. - Experience with any test management system and maintaining the test base of automated and manual tests up to date.
