Senior Analytical Consultant for VkusVill Projects

Beyond Taylor is looking for a Senior Analytical Consultant to manage a portfolio of initiatives to improve team efficiency, develop motivation systems and evaluate economic results for VkusVill projects. Moscow, hybrid.

Manage a portfolio of initiatives for developing and implementing motivation systems, improving team efficiency and evaluating the economic results of changes. Build project work and link team initiatives with business metrics. Develop financial models, evaluate expected and actual initiative results, and form forecasts. Work with BDR, P&L, plan-fact analysis and calculation of economic effects. Optimize and automate management processes and reporting. Coordinate several initiatives simultaneously and interact with teams during change implementation.

At least 4 years of experience in project management, management consulting, financial planning, change management or operations management. Experience independently managing projects and coordinating several initiatives. Skills in building financial models, budgets, forecasts and management reporting. Confident understanding of BDR, P&L, plan-fact analysis and calculation of economic effects. Experience developing and implementing team motivation models. Strong analytical and communication skills, ability to translate data into concrete management decisions. Experience optimizing and automating processes.
