Senior AI Officer at Kazakhtelecom JSC in Astana, office. Salary 1,000,000–2,000,000 KZT net per month. Develops AI strategy, roadmap, AI agents, RAG, automation and corporate AI-agent platform.

Responsibilities: — Develop AI strategy, roadmap and prioritized portfolio of AI initiatives. — Identify, prototype and launch promising AI use cases. — Develop AI agents, RAG solutions and automation systems with measurable business results. — Collaborate with business leaders and AI/FDE teams to scale successful pilots. — Develop the company's corporate AI-agent platform. Main project: — Development of Kazakhtelecom's corporate AI-agent platform. — Development and launch of AI initiatives with measurable business impact. — Creation of AI agents, RAG solutions and automation tools. — Formation of AI strategy, roadmap and portfolio of priority initiatives. — Scaling successful AI pilots together with business leaders and AI/FDE teams.

7+ years of experience in AI/ML, product development or digital transformation. Experience launching AI/ML or technology products. Deep understanding of LLM, Generative AI, AI agents, RAG and automation. Ability to independently create working AI prototypes using Python, API and SQL. Product mindset, strategic thinking and focus on measurable results. Experience interacting with executives and ability to link technology to business impact. Nice to have: Experience developing and scaling corporate AI solutions. Experience with AI-agent platforms. Experience working with cross-functional teams. Experience transferring AI pilots to production and scaling successful use cases. Tech stack: Python, LLMs, Generative AI, AI Agents, RAG, APIs, SQL, AI/ML.
