Senior AI Architect at Recrutoman in Almaty, Kazakhstan. Salary from $7,000 to $15,000. Focus on designing AI assistant architecture, LLM integration, and infrastructure for model training and operation. Relocation assistance provided.

What you will do: - Design the architecture of AI assistants: integration of LLM, API, data orchestration, and tools. - Develop infrastructure for training, fine-tuning, and operating models (own and external LLMs). - Implement RAG, memory management, multi-agent orchestration, and adaptive contextual response subsystems. - Create pipelines for data collection, cleaning, and annotation (Label Studio, Prodigy, custom flows). - Configure CI/CD for AI models, containerization, and monitoring (Docker, Kubernetes, Prometheus, Grafana). - Develop quality control systems and automated dialogue testing (eval pipelines, reward models, feedback loops). - Document architectural standards and best practices, ensure observability. - Closely interact with AI engineer teams, DataOps, and product teams.

3+ years of experience in AI/ML, including 1+ year in AI infrastructure architecture. Experience designing LLM-based assistants and RAG systems. Knowledge of tools and frameworks: n8n, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, Semantic Kernel, OpenDevin. Experience with embeddings and vector search: FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, Elasticsearch. Solid Python skills (FastAPI, Pydantic, asyncio), REST/gRPC, microservice and event-driven architecture. Experience with cloud AI platforms: Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex AI, Hugging Face Hub. Desirable: DevOps/MLOps tools: MLflow, Airflow, DVC, Prefect, BentoML, Ray Serve.
