Sperasoft is seeking a Senior 3D Vegetation Artist for a new IP using Unreal Engine 5. The role involves creating real-time plants and organic assets, optimization, and technical integration. Based in Warsaw, Poland.

Sperasoft is looking for an experienced 3D Vegetation Artist to create real-time plants and organic assets for a new IP in Unreal Engine 5. The role focuses on full 3D vegetation production, including trees, bushes, grass, biome sets, optimization, and technical integration. Responsibilities • Develop, maintain, and create real-time vegetation game assets through the full 3D pipeline • Work on modeling, sculpting, texture creation, retopology, UVs, and asset integration • Create sets of plants for different biomes • Analyze, plan, and collect references for assets • Work with concepts, references, and project guidelines • Ensure proper asset integration considering technical and gameplay constraints • Obtain Lead Artist guidance and approval when required • Continue improving artistic skills and learning new software or in-house tools • Support mentoring Junior 3D Artists together with Senior or Lead Artists • Share best project practices with the team • Contribute to a team-oriented environment

• Experience in vegetation modeling in the game industry • Strong understanding of 3D modeling tools used in vegetation production • Experience with 3ds Max, Maya, Blender, ZBrush, SpeedTree, or Houdini • Strong understanding of texture creation tools • Experience with Photoshop, Substance Designer, or Substance Painter • Good understanding of modern game development pipelines and requirements • Teamwork skills • Creative, collaborative, and innovative mindset • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
