Senior 2D Artist for Web3 projects: characters, collections, banners, promo art. Remote, paid in crypto.

We are looking for a strong professional 2D artist to work on Web3 projects: characters, collections, banners, promo art and visuals for posts. We need an artist who can quickly and efficiently create full, detailed and well-crafted artworks at the level of the examples below. Not just drawing characters or individual simple assets, but confidently working with composition, light, shadows, environment, materials and details.

High professional level of 2D Strong cartoonish / stylized style Ability to draw complex detailed illustrations High speed of work without significant loss of quality Confident work with characters Understanding of crypto / Web3 Experience with NFT collections, traits and character design will be a big plus Responsibility, adequate communication and meeting deadlines AI is allowed only for idea and reference search. Final art must be fully drawn by the artist manually, without AI generation. Critically important: portfolio must contain works comparable in level and complexity to our examples. If the portfolio lacks at least a few strong detailed 2D illustrations in a similar direction, such applications will not be considered.

Remote work. Payment per task / project, in crypto. We primarily consider long-term cooperation.
