Senior 1C Analyst

Senior 1C Analyst for a telecom project. Remote, Russia, salary 260,000-280,000 RUB, contract via individual entrepreneur.

Responsibilities: - Conduct system analysis of data in 1C; - Analyze and optimize business processes; - Generate analytical reports and dashboards; - Work with business customers and management, collect and structure requirements; - Present analysis results and propose process improvements.

Requirements: - 3-5+ years of experience in analytical roles with 1C systems; - Higher education in economics, mathematics, statistics, or IT; - Knowledge of accounting and tax accounting (practical experience or additional specialized education); - Practical experience with configurations: 1C:Accounting, 1C:ZUP, 1C:Trade Management, 1C:Document Management, 1C:Holdings Management; - Strong data analysis skills; - Experience building reports and dashboards; - SQL knowledge; - Advanced Excel; - Experience with Power BI/Tableau or similar analytical tools; - Ability to structure tasks and interact effectively with business. Nice to have: - Experience with BIT.FINANCE; - Knowledge of other ERP systems; - Experience with Big Data; - Python or other programming languages.
