Secretary / Administrative Assistant

Secretary / Administrative Assistant for a large international IT company in Limassol, Cyprus. Responsibilities include document management, correspondence, meeting organization, and contractor interaction. Requires MS Office proficiency, English B1, and good communication skills.

A large international IT company is expanding its team and is looking for a Secretary to support the office and operational activities. Tasks: • Document flow: printing, scanning, sorting • Preparation of documents, presentations, and simple reports • Work with incoming/outgoing correspondence • Interaction with contractors and courier services • Trips to printing houses (brochures, presentations, drawings) • Quality and deadline control for printing • Meeting organization: booking meeting rooms, preparing premises • Maintaining the calendar of meeting rooms • Reminders about tasks and meetings • Processing incoming requests (email, calls, messages)

• Experience as a secretary / office manager / administrative assistant — a plus • MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) — confident level • English from B1 • Literate oral and written speech • Organization, attentiveness, responsibility • Multitasking and communication skills • Own car
