SDET (Mobile) - Testing iOS/Android and Web Applications

TechHive is looking for an SDET (TypeScript/JavaScript) to test iOS/Android apps and websites for a UK product company. Salary 2700–3300 USD gross, full-time, remote, B2B, start ASAP. Location: not Russia or Belarus.

Project: Product company from the UK. Agile process. Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain automated tests for mobile applications (iOS/Android) and web platforms; - Create and evolve the test automation system using Appium, WDIO, and Playwright; - Run automated test suites, analyze results, and prepare test reports; - Perform manual testing when needed, ensuring full coverage of tickets with both manual and automated tests; - Identify and fix issues in existing automated tests; - Work closely with developers, business analysts, and release managers to ensure an uninterrupted product delivery process.

• Experience as an SDET, QA Automation Engineer, or similar role for 3+ years; • Confident with TypeScript/JavaScript for writing automated tests; • Practical experience with Appium, WebdriverIO (WDIO), and Playwright; • Experience testing iOS and Android applications, including Android Studio emulators and Xcode simulators; • Retail experience will be a significant advantage; • Fluent oral English.
