Scriptwriter for Stories and Reels

Scriptwriter for Stories and Reels at a media company. Full-time remote, 80,000 RUB/month + bonuses. Manage 2 projects, create engaging content.

Responsibilities: - Manage 2 projects in parallel. - Communicate closely with experts: regularly extract material (life and business events, cases, stories, photos/videos). - Find conflict, nerve, meaning, and emotion in the expert's routine, packaging them into captivating storytelling. - Write and design Stories 3 times a week per project (text, banners, polls, stickers, music) with high completion rate. - Write scripts for Reels (1-2 videos per week per project) with strong hooks, plot development, and dramatic twist. - Regularly track content performance metrics for each project.

Requirements: - Proven experience writing scripts for Stories and Reels with work examples in portfolio. - Ability to adopt different people's tone of voice (doctor, restaurateur, serial entrepreneur). - Skill to see drama in ordinary events and write in a lively conversational language without bureaucratic clichés. - Autonomy and proactivity: not waiting for instructions but independently initiating material collection from experts. - Analytical mindset, understanding of numbers, high speed of implementing edits, and meeting deadlines.
