Scriptwriter for Stories and Reels for personal brand and club for marketers in Moscow. Remote work with occasional shoots. Salary from 200,000 RUB/month.

We are looking for a scriptwriter in Moscow to work with the personal brand rashadoffi and the BALAGAN project, a club for marketers and content makers. There is a team, results, and a working product. We need a person who turns the life of an expert and club events into stories worth following. Creates Stories and Reels that engage and lead to a target action. Responsibilities: - Write scripts for Stories and Reels with a hook, development, and twist - Find stories in Rashad's life, backstages, and conversations - Propose a content plan and volume of publications for project tasks, coordinate them with the team - Independently design and edit Stories - Conduct castdevs, research the audience - Analyze reach, completion rates, engagement, and target actions - Go to individual shoots in Moscow: prepare a plan, shoot, and capture live moments. Not required to be present at all shoots - Upload materials to work drives and hand over Reels to the editor with a clear brief

Requirements: - Already wrote scripts for Stories and Reels, have works you are proud of and can show - Can independently design and edit Stories - Can shoot basic video on a phone: compose a frame, work with light, and record clean sound - Feel rhythm and dramaturgy: understand where a hook is needed, where a story lags, and where a twist should be - Write in a lively language, without bureaucratic clichés and 'content for content's sake' - Watch and read a lot, analyze strong authors and understand why they succeed - Independent and proactive: propose ideas, don't wait for a brief for each Story - Attentive to details: intonation, accents, and wording matter - Able to negotiate, hear feedback, and quickly apply it in work - Have big ambitions and a desire to grow in income, skills, and scale of tasks

Conditions: - Salary: 200,000 RUB per month. Further growth of fixed pay based on results - Work is mostly remote, with mandatory trips to individual shoots in Moscow. Not required to be present at all shoots - trips are coordinated in advance. - Important to reside in Moscow - Usually work 5-6 days a week. Schedule is discussed with the team. Sometimes shoots happen on weekends - can agree on another day off - Work on your own equipment - Strong team, clear processes, and feedback
