Vacancy for a Scriptwriter / Creative Producer / Content Maker at @lure_production. Responsibilities include creating engaging scripts for Instagram and TikTok, identifying trends, and developing content strategy. Salary range: 10,000 – 70,000 ₽.

Responsibilities: — Come up with ideas and create engaging scripts for Instagram and TikTok — Look for new trends, formats, and mechanics that can go viral — Think through hooks, attention retention, and video structure — Help build content strategy and overall blog style — Analyze what content generates comments, saves, and views — Offer non-standard and modern ideas, not template content Volume of about 15-20 videos per month.

Requirements: — High level of visual literacy in Instagram / TikTok — Understanding why some videos get millions of views and others don't — Sense of aesthetics and modern visuals — Ability to feel trends before they become mainstream — Creativity and a large number of ideas — Understanding of the American audience will be a big plus — Experience in creating scripts / content / Reels is welcome

Work conditions: — Initially, project-based / by volume of tasks and scripts, payment for each script or package — Later, a transition to a fixed monthly payment is possible — Bonuses for reach growth, viral videos, and project development are possible
