Chatbot Scenarist, Middle level, for Art-Fintech company. Remote work, salary up to 200k rubles.

A chatbot and voice assistant scenarist is a specialist who helps create and implement chatbots and voice assistants, reducing business costs and increasing audience reach. Middle Business Processes - Annotation of client dialogues with a chatbot or voice assistant - Creation of scenarios for chatbots and voice assistants to automate customer service in the first line of support - Creation of flowcharts and UML diagrams of scenarios - Writing simple Javascript scripts for data manipulation within dialogues - Writing complex integration scenarios for working with client data - Bug hunting in bot service scenarios for their elimination - Working with NLU classifier, collecting training data and normalizing it based on auto-test results - Refinement and optimization of scenarios to increase customer loyalty CSI/VOC/NPS - Generation of new ideas for improving bot response quality and customer experience applicable to the virtual assistant family.

- Citizenship and location: Russian Federation. - Higher technical or linguistic education - Experience in developing chatbots or voice assistants for at least 1 year - Basic proficiency in Javascript or Python, experience in developing integration scenarios - Experience in building branching dialogues and flowcharts for automating customer support - General understanding of product metrics in customer service - Product thinking, customer focus, systematic approach, ability to interact with related teams/clients - Experience with No-Code/Low-Code platforms - Experience in creating, normalizing, and preprocessing training data for NLU models - Understanding of the basic principles of text classifiers (intent, entity, context), experience with language models - Experience with artificial intelligence for processing client requests in both text and voice channels • Ability to set up A/B tests
