Sales Manager (Outstaffing)
MobileUp is looking for a Sales Manager for their outstaffing division. The role is remote or hybrid in St. Petersburg, Russia. Salary is 80,000-110,000 RUB per month + bonuses.
Responsibilities include finding and developing relationships with potential clients in various industries (IT, E-commerce, logistics, manufacturing, etc.). You will manage the full sales cycle, from client acquisition to specialist placement. This involves finding new clients, establishing contacts with decision-makers, presenting outstaffing services, conducting calls and meetings, identifying IT specialist requirements, negotiating deals, retaining and developing key clients, collaborating with recruitment and finance departments, managing documentation, and working in AmoCRM to track client pipelines and sales funnels. You will also be responsible for meeting sales targets set with your manager.
Experience in cold B2B sales within the IT sector. Understanding of IT outstaffing and market specifics. Proactive approach to finding new sales strategies, techniques, and tools. Ability to build trusting client relationships, understand their needs, and offer solutions to achieve their goals.
Employment according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation (other formats are negotiable). Salary based on interview results + sales performance bonuses. Paid vacation and sick leave. 5 days off per year. Flexible start to the workday: between 09:00 and 11:00 Moscow time. Provision of good equipment.
