Sales manager for a digital advertising agency with IT platforms. Remote, full-time, fixed salary 60-80k RUB plus uncapped commission and recurring bonus.

We are the advertising agency Digitali with unique IT platforms. We operate in a 360 agency format, but our main focus is performance marketing for 10 years. Responsibilities: find clients in cold outreach and lead them to contract signing.

2+ years in cold sales. Ability to build a lead database (proficient use of AI is a plus) and write messages that get responses. Understanding of basic digital metrics: reach, CPM, CPV, ER, or willingness to learn. A network and contacts in the e-commerce vertical are a plus.

Fixed salary 60,000 - 80,000 RUB net. Commission on sales without cap. Remote work. Training and interesting events paid by the company.
