Sales Manager for Advertising Products

Sales manager for advertising products, remote, full-time, salary up to 170,000 RUB per month. Requires 2+ years of IT sales experience.

Tasks: Make cold calls to target companies using ready scripts and regulations. Reach decision makers, conduct product presentations and negotiations via Zoom. Analyze client needs and select individual advertising solutions. Support clients at the start of advertising campaigns, close deals.

Worked in IT product sales for at least two years, understand the sales cycle in digital. Made at least 100 cold calls per day, managed at least 100 deals per month with an average check from 150,000 rubles. Competent, able to interest the interlocutor, understand their needs, work with many leads and deviate from the script if needed. Able to conduct negotiations via Zoom, explain complex terms in simple language and prepare commercial proposals. Know how to work in CRM systems, understand key advertising metrics (conversion, average check, utilization, etc.), confidently use a PC with Windows, macOS or Linux. For work you will need: Computer with Windows 10 or macOS version 12 and above. Smartphone or tablet with Android 10 or iOS 15.0 and above. Good wired headset and webcam. Stable internet connection with speed of at least 20 Mbit/s. Quiet workplace where no one will disturb you.

Official employment, full-time. Remote work and schedule 5/2, from 9 to 18 Moscow time. Stable income consisting of hourly rate and bonus for achieved results, on average from 95,000 to 110,000 rubles (net). Best employees earn up to 170,000 rubles (net).
