Articulate, able to engage and understand client needs, work with many leads, and adapt scripts. Negotiate via Zoom, explain complex terms simply, prepare commercial proposals. Proficient in CRM systems, understand key advertising metrics (conversion, average check, utilization), confident with Windows, macOS, or Linux PC. Equipment: Computer with Windows 10 or macOS 12+, smartphone/tablet with Android 10 or iOS 15+, wired headset and webcam, stable internet 20 Mbps+, quiet workspace.
