Sales Funnel Producer / Sales Department Manager for an Online Women's Training School

Seeking a hands-on Sales Funnel Producer/Manager for an online women's training school. Responsibilities include setting up funnels in GetCourse, managing client flow, and driving sales. Offers fixed salary + commission.

The product is ready, the audience is stable, and the team is in place. The main task is to manually set up funnels in GetCourse and be responsible for revenue. Responsibilities: - Connect Instagram → Telegram bot → GetCourse (auto funnels, triggers, tags, emails) - Set up a multi-stage funnel: lead magnet → warming up → sales - Implement scripts and control the follow-up of each lead - Segment the database, set up planned mailings instead of chaos - Manage the flow of female clients, communicate, warm up, and guide them to purchase - Personally handle sales at the start or hire/train a manager - Be responsible for revenue and systemic results

Marketing mindset is an advantage (as you will receive a percentage).

- Fixed salary + % of sales - All scripts and content will be provided (just need to set up and optimize)
