1C Service Manager / 1C Architect for a data recovery company. Location: Saint Petersburg. Salary up to 450,000 gross. Responsibilities include implementing IT strategy, developing ERP based on 1C, managing a team and budget.

Implementation of IT strategy in conjunction with business goals, implementation of an architectural approach (EA). Development of ERP based on 1C (UT and other configurations): management of implementation, modifications, and support. Development of technical and architectural solutions for 1C, integration with WMS/TMS, CRM, e-commerce, marketplaces. Control of development compliance with technical specifications and approved tasks. Management of a team of 10+ people (development, analytics, support): hands-on leadership, mentoring. IT budget management: planning, cost control, project ROI assessment. Support for business and international projects, participation in IT services for international expansion. Interaction with top management, foreign partners, and contractors.

Higher technical education; English level - from Intermediate; Experience with 1C integration with WMS/TMS, CRM, e-commerce, marketplaces; Experience in team and budget management; ERP and 1C development; Experience in implementing an architectural approach; Management of implementation, development, and support of 1C. Will be a plus: Certificate: "Specialist-Consultant in the field"; "Production Management" or "Subsystem - Management Accounting".
