Nord Clan is looking for a Project Manager with at least 3 years of experience. Full-time employment, salary from 120 to 250 gross. Work in the office (Ulyanovsk, St. Petersburg) or remotely from the Russian Federation. Flexible schedule 5/2.

Responsibilities: Organize estimations for new projects and tasks; Build project team processes from scratch; Deliver product releases on time; Control budget and product quality; Participate in team formation; Plan and coordinate project work; Develop requirements with an analyst or independently; Build interaction between team members, and between the team and the client; Conduct client demonstrations; Conduct retrospectives.

At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in an outsourcing or product company; Experience managing a team of 8 or more people; Proven successful case studies of completed projects, including websites, integrators, and mobile applications, as well as complex high-load systems; Ability to work under constraints, as well as control project budgets and deadlines; Proactive risk management skills; Experience with SCRUM methodologies or other popular frameworks, readiness to configure team work to achieve results; Flexibility in interacting with people to achieve goals; High communication skills, ability to conduct client demonstrations and reach agreements; Technical skills sufficient to control the work of performers; Understanding of the product approach to creating products; Experience as an analyst or tester will be a plus; Experience with business trips, contractual and closing documents will be a plus.
