F6 is looking for a Reverse Engineer (Android) / Android Malware Analyst in Moscow. Salary is discussed during the interview. Analysis of malicious files, writing detection rules, developing automation scenarios.

Analysis of malicious files. Writing detection rules for malicious files. Development of automation scenarios for detecting and monitoring malware. Preparation of technical reports. Attribution of identified attacks. Search for indicators and additional information related to the attacker.

Understanding of how applications work in the Android OS. Knowledge of the structure of Android applications and their components. Skill in analyzing Java code and understanding the representation of Java bytecode - smali. Experience with APK file decompilers. Basic knowledge and understanding of the principles of operation of main network protocols (HTTP, Websocket, etc.). Experience in developing with scripting languages (Python, JavaScript) for process automation. Experience using emulators for debugging and behavioral analysis of malware. Experience analyzing native C/C++ code for x86, x86-64, ARM, ARM64 architectures. Experience writing Yara rules for malware detection. Experience developing in Java/Kotlin.
