Retoucher / AI-Compositor (3D + Post-production)

Creative agency Adnomad seeks a Retoucher/AI-Compositor for full-time, middle to senior level. Create high-end advertising visuals including automotive. Based in Moscow (negotiable).

Prepare final visuals for key visuals, digital, OOH, presentations, and tenders. Work with strong art direction and 3D specialists. Influence visual pipeline and tools.

Excellent Photoshop skills (compositing, masks, light, color). Experience with 3D renders (understanding structure, layers, limitations, realistic light, shadows, materials, reflections). Object integration into environments. Experience in advertising retouching/post-production. Work with AI tools (upscale, environment generation, detailing). Nice to have: automotive visual experience, understanding of advertising standards and brand requirements, hybrid pipeline (3D + AI + manual retouching), ability to propose visual solutions, agency or production experience.
