Retention Marketing Manager

Remote Retention Marketing Manager for iGaming, salary $1700 + KPI. Focus on reactivating and retaining clients.

Key responsibilities: attract secondary clients, increase repeat activity, segment client base, build reactivation scenarios, optimize automated funnels, set up trigger communications via SMS, Push, Email, Telegram, test marketing mechanics (bonuses, cashback, promos), analyze conversion and cohort data, run A/B tests, and collaborate with analytics, design, CRM, and IT teams.

Experience in Retention/CRM/Lifecycle Marketing; understanding of converting primary to secondary clients; practical experience in reactivation; experience with automated marketing funnels; work with large client bases and complex segmentation; knowledge of metrics (Repeat Rate, Retention, Reactivation, Conversion, LTV, Churn); analytical skills; ability to test and scale marketing mechanics; experience in Gambling/iGaming is a plus; systematic thinking, proactivity, result-oriented.

Remote work, schedule 5/2 from 09:00 to 18:00 MSK, salary $1700 + KPI.
