Retention Manager (iGaming)
Retention Manager role in Limassol for iGaming company. Focus on player retention, LTV growth, and user engagement. Salary based on experience with performance bonus.
We are looking for a Retention Manager who will take full ownership of player retention, LTV growth, and long-term user engagement. This is a key business role with a direct impact on revenue through data-driven decision making, advanced segmentation, and lifecycle marketing. Responsibilities • Develop and execute a retention & reactivation strategy • Build and manage dynamic user segments • Analyze user funnels: registration → deposit → repeat deposits → churn • Optimize conversion rates across the entire player lifecycle • Launch and manage CRM campaigns (push, SMS, email, in-app) • Create personalized offers and bonus mechanics • Work closely with VIP and high-value player segments • Run A/B tests and validate hypotheses • Identify growth opportunities based on player behavior analytics • Collaborate with product, marketing, and support teams
Experience in Retention / CRM / Lifecycle Marketing Experience in iGaming / betting - strong advantage Solid understanding of key metrics: LTV, Retention Rate, ARPU, Churn, ROI Experience with user segmentation (including dynamic segments) Ability to analyze funnels and identify bottlenecks Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Customer.io, Salesforce, or аналогичные) Strong analytical mindset & data-driven approach English - working proficiency
